I just love these animations where the punchline is there but its kind of cut off abruptly so it only happens for a split second and just makes it weirdly more hilarious.

The main problem here is that the pixels are inconsistent in their size, a thing that always bugs me when it comes to sprite animations.

Your linework is kind of messy. I mean, I can see you're going for rough outlines, but it needs cleaning up, like getting rid of stray lines and making sure the thickness is consistent. It looks like you used firealpaca for it, but if the lines are this messy, maybe you should stick to flash. it does have a smoothing feature after all. Same for the backgrounds. I might make some drawings showing you what I mean. You could try adding some more sound effects and Background music.

Your linework is ugly and your colors are poo,
the rigs and the tweening and the backgrounds are too!

I have to disagree with you on this one. unsubscribing may be necessary sometimes. perhaps if you've had a change of taste, need to clean out your subscriptions, or they aren't as good any more. as for the animation, its okay I guess, but it looks a little weird sometimes.

you a good animator, but your linework and colors need more work. and the animation is smooth, but maybe too smooth, and so it's a bit jerky. perhaps using twos would allow you more time to make the animation cleaner. The colors are a bit too bright and all over the place, and that, combined with the slightly messy linework, makes the animation as a whole kind of cluttered.
